These terms govern your use of the ckk99 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet you agree to be bound by them in full.
Agreement Between You and ckk99
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckk99 ("ckk99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ckk99 website located at ckk99.vip and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ckk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who May Use the ckk99 Platform
To register and use the ckk99 Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. ckk99 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, partnerships, and trusts may not register accounts.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid mobile number and date of birth, and keep this information current at all times.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of ckk99, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ckk99 or any other gaming platform.
ckk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending review.
Registration, Account Use, and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the ckk99 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, ckk99 may close all related accounts, void all associated bets, and retain any bonus funds or winnings derived from those accounts pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ckk99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ckk99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ckk99 recommends using a unique, strong password and never sharing login details with any third party.
Account Closure
You may close your ckk99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no bets are pending settlement. ckk99 may also close or suspend any account at its discretion for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All transactions on the ckk99 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported institutions). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Full details of current methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are available in the Payments section of your account dashboard.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on the ckk99 Platform is ৳100. All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity. ckk99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment account or bank account used must be registered in your own name. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your ckk99 wallet within seconds. ckk99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ckk99 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. ckk99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
Currency and Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on ckk99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ckk99 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to player transactions on the ckk99 side. Any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ckk99's control and are your sole responsibility.
Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements, and Promotional Offers
ckk99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cricket-season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to these general bonus rules. By claiming any bonus you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. ckk99 may restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the applicable offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the player's account.
- ckk99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including where ckk99 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing a promotion.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the specific terms of that offer, including applicable wagering requirements on winnings derived from free spin play.
Actions That Violate These Terms
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckk99 Platform. ckk99 may suspend or permanently close any account and void all associated bets and winnings where any of the following is identified or reasonably suspected:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or corruption in connection with sports betting markets offered on ckk99.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no genuine intent to use the funds for betting or gaming, or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, regardless of the identity, device, payment method, or mobile number used for each account.
Where ckk99 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: void all bets placed by the relevant account, forfeit all associated winnings and bonus balances, permanently close the account, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution
Intellectual Property
All content on the ckk99 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trade marks, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the property of ckk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ckk99's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of funds resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays. ckk99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet settlement, account action, or payment transaction, you must contact ckk99 customer support in the first instance. ckk99 will investigate the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. ckk99 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate it by writing to [email protected]. All disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over ckk99's operations.
Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law
ckk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If amendments are material, ckk99 may notify registered players via their registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. ckk99 operates the Platform as an online entertainment and betting service. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their own jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. ckk99's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ckk99 with respect to your use of the Platform.
